- Email Delivery unit representing messages sent or available to send.
- Remaining sends
- Number of sends still available in an account plan/package.

- Free plan
- No-cost Email Delivery plan with limited monthly sends.
- Basic plan
- Initial plan activated during onboarding.
- Prepaid package
- One-time package of sends valid for a defined period.
- Monthly subscription
- Recurring plan for regular/high-volume sending.
- Extra message package
- Additional sends purchased when the main credit is exhausted.
Deliverability and reputation
- Deliverability
- Ability of sent emails to successfully reach recipients’ inboxes.
- Sending reputation
- Reputation assigned to sending behavior/infrastructure.
- Customer reputation
- Reputation isolated per customer or account.
- Sending pool
- Delivery infrastructure group used to send messages.
- Dedicated sending pool
- Sending pool reserved for a specific customer/use case.
- Dedicated IP address
- IP address reserved for one sender/customer.

- Failed email delivery event.
- Bounce rate
- Percentage of sent messages that bounce.

- Recipient spam/abuse report.
- Suppression list
- List of addresses blocked from future sends.
- Suppressed messages
- Messages blocked before sending because of suppression rules.
- Distribution list
