Qboxmail’s Email Delivery service can be purchased in the following ways:

• Free PlanNo-cost Email Delivery plan with limited monthly sends.;
• Prepaid packageOne-time package of sends valid for a defined period.;
• Monthly subscriptionRecurring plan for regular/high-volume sending.;
• Extra message packageAdditional sends purchased when the main credit is exhausted..

Free plan

The free plan lets you send promotional or transactional email messages to an unlimited number of recipients with a maximum volume of 5,000 messages per month. The free plan can be converted at any time to the prepaid plan or to the monthly subscription plan.

Prepaid sending packages

For those who need to send small quantities of messages occasionally, the prepaid sending package is the best solution. Customers purchase the number of sends they expect to use over the next 12 months, giving them the flexibility to use the sends gradually or, if needed, all together over a short period of time. Customers can also purchase multiple prepaid sending packages, adding up the number of available sends, or purchase another package when the remaining sends are about to run out.

Monthly subscriptions

The monthly subscription and billing plan is designed for those who need to send large volumes of messages consistently or very frequently, such as order confirmations or marketing messages. The plan offers a competitive cost and a wider range of services than the other plans (for example, the ability to customize headers with your own domain name or request a dedicated sending pool).

To purchase extra messages, access the Email Delivery panel, select the Accounts section, and locate the desired account. Then open the account details and go to the Dashboard section: inside the Sends box you will find the Buy extra messages button.
