Define your selling strategy

Before creating products, you should define the strategy with which you prefer to offer Qboxmail services. Having a clear sales strategy is a key step that will help you set up products more clearly and answer many of the questions of the next steps.

Before creating your products answer these questions:

  1. Do you plan to offer the service with minimum purchase or purely Pay-per-use?
  2. Do you prefer monthly or annual billing?
  3. Are you going to offer products based on all of our service plans or just some of them? (for more details: qboxmail.com/pricing).

There are many combinations of offers that you can generate:

  • packages of email boxes with minimum quantities purchased of the same size with annual billing (5 email boxes of 8GB in the "Professional" plan),
  • packages with minimum quantities purchased and email boxes of different sizes (5 email boxes of 8GB + 3 email boxes of 25GB + 1 email box of 50GB + 1 email box of 100GB in the "Enterprise" plan),
  • pay-per-use model to leave more flexibility to your customers.

Whatever your preferred sales strategy is, taking some time to define it before the next step will help you create a clear business offer and save time later.
