Webmail is the corporate communication suite, developed by Qboxmail, that allows you to send and read emails, manage and share your contacts and calendars, or exchange instant messages with your colleagues through the chatbox. You can use Webmail easily and quickly directly from the web, without having to install any software or configure new devices.

You can access Webmail from your favorite device (smartphone, tablet, or notebook). This allows you to always have all essential online communication tools at your fingertips and helps you to better manage daily communications, both in and out of office.

Webmail is compatible with the latest OS and browsers (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari) which are actively maintained by the developer.

Plans

Each plan defines the features and functionalities available for your domain and for all email accounts linked to it. With the Qboxmail suite, you can take advantage of a number of features, depending on the plan you choose for your domain.

• Basic - For professionals or companies looking for a convenient and easy to use email service. The Basic plan grants you access to all the basic Qboxmail service management features. It includes the essential security policies, mail and address books, Archive management and Mail Time Machine access. With the Basic plan, you can activate email accounts with a maximum size of 25 GB.

• Professional - For companies that need a professional email service to coordinate communications with all their collaborators. With the Professional plan, you will have access to the most up-to-date service management features by Qboxmail, advanced security policies and Webmail Mail, Address Book and Calendar modules. Furthermore, the plan includes Archive management and Mail Time Machine access, and you will be able to create email accounts with a maximum size of 50 GB.

• Enterprise - For organizations that need an email service with advanced communication tools and a high degree of security for email protection. With the Enterprise plan, you will have access to premium management services designed by Qboxmail. Your communication will be protected with the aid of strong security policies and you will get a complete set of software that will help you communicate with colleagues and clients. The Enterprise plan features a Mail and Address Book, Calendar, Chat (soon available) and Meeting (soon available) Webmail modules, as well as to the management of Archive and access to Mail Time Machine. By choosing this plan, you will be able to create email accounts with a maximum size of 100 GB.
