WHMCS configuration

4.1 API Token generation on Control Panel

For the next step, you need to generate a Qboxmail API token.

Log in to the Qboxmail Control Panel. Click on the avatar in the top right corner and select “Settings”. At the bottom of the settings page, you will find the “API Access” section. Copy the token by clicking on the “Copy” button.

4.2 Add a new server on WHMCS

Move back to the WHMCS page.

From the selection menu on the top right corner, click on the setup button and select System Setting. In the System Setting page select “Servers” and click on “Add new server”.

4.3 Server details

In the "Servers" page move to the "Module" section and select Qboxmail.

As “Hostname” enter panel.emailpnl.com. Leave the "Username" and "Password" fields empty.

In the “Access Hash” window paste the generated API token into the Qboxmail Control Panel and click on the “Test Connection” button.

4.4 Server name

Once the connection to the Server is confirmed, you will land on the settings page where you will have to choose and type a name for the newly connected server. For this example we chose the name "Qboxmail". Once you're done, click on the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page.

4.5 Create a group of servers

After connecting the Qboxmail server, you need to create a new server group and assign it to the Qboxmail server you just connected to.

Click on the setup button > System Setting > Servers > +Create a new group. You can choose any name for the server group, in this example we chose the name "Qboxmail - Group".

ATTENTION: Once you have chosen a name, you have to select the server created in step 4.3, and move it to the right column using the “Add” button.
