Automatic email cancellation

Spam

The emails in the Spam folder are automatically deleted 30 days after they are received. To prevent important emails from being deleted, it is necessary to periodically check the messages in the Spam folder and if necessary transfer them to other folders by marking them as No Spam.

There are no time limits for storing messages in all folders other than Spam and Trash.

Do not include in the automatically deleted emails those lazy in local on your email client via POP3. Only emails managed via IMAP and Webmail are part of these automatic tasks. The messages once deleted by the automatic account cleaning system are no longer recoverable.

Trash

The emails moved to the Trash folder are automatically deleted 30 days after they are received.

Duplicate emails

Qboxmail has implemented a feature that automatically transfers duplicate messages to your email account in Trash.

This function is useful when your email account is also present among the recipients of an Email Alias. In this way, an email sent both to your email address and to the email alias would be received twice.

To avoid this, our system will deliver the first message to the user's Inbox and the second message directly to Trash, marking it as read and automatically deleting it after 30 days.
