Activation
Activate Qboxmail Email Hosting, start the free trial, complete onboarding, and access the service for the first time.
To activate Qboxmail services, you need to sign up for the free trial by entering your first name, last name, and email address, selecting your country and language, and accepting the Terms of Service and the processing of personal data described in the Privacy Policy.
Once registration is complete, you will receive an email with the procedure to follow to set the password for accessing the control panel and verify your account.
First login
After receiving the email with the link for your first login, you will be redirected to the onboarding section. Here, in just a few steps, you will be asked to set a password, indicate the service you are interested in, and specify your type of business.
You can change your password at any time by accessing the Settings section of the panel.
Once you have logged in to the panel, you will be directed to the service home page, where you can choose whether to activate a 30-day free trial or proceed directly with service activation.
After activation, you can configure Email Hosting in three different ways:
- manually adding domains and email accounts;
- importing domains and email accounts via .csv file;
- migrating email accounts via .csv file.
