Compare Qboxmail Email Hosting plans and understand the features available for domains and email accounts.
Plans define the features and functionality available for a domain and for all its email accounts. You can take advantage of many features, available depending on the plan chosen for the domain.
Basic plan
The Basic plan is designed for professionals or companies that want an affordable, high-quality service. It provides access to all the basic features for managing Qboxmail services, essential security policies, and the Mail and Address Book modules in Webmail, as well as Archive management and access to Mail Time Machine. With the Basic plan, email accounts with a maximum size of 25 GB can be activated.
Professional plan
The Professional plan is intended for companies that need to coordinate and communicate with all their collaborators in a simple and intuitive way. It provides access to advanced features for managing Qboxmail services, advanced security policies, and the Mail, Address Book, and Calendar modules in Webmail, as well as Archive management and access to Mail Time Machine. With the Professional plan, email accounts with a maximum size of 50 GB can be activated.
Enterprise plan
The Enterprise plan is designed for organizations that need advanced communication tools for their collaborators and a high level of security when using the services. It provides access to advanced features for managing Qboxmail services, all available security policies, and the Mail, Address Book, and Calendar modules, as well as Archive management and access to Mail Time Machine. With the Enterprise plan, email accounts with a maximum size of 100 GB can be activated.
Additional options
Additional services allow you to customize and increase the value of your email service offering. Additional options can be activated upon request by accessing the Prices and additional options page in the sidebar.
The following can be added to the active plan:
- Web Label customization: allows customization of email service URLs with your own domain and SSL, including Webmail and other modules;
- Private Label customization: allows you to customize all email services (POP, IMAP, SMTP, DAV, Webmail, and others) with your domain and a valid SSL certificate. It also includes MX and SPF records;
- Security mail archive: cloud archiving of sent and received messages, with search and export capabilities, retained for up to 10 years;
- Backup restore: restore email messages up to the previous 15 days using the account's Mail Time Machine;
- Daily sending limits: a message sending limit over 24 hours can be set for each email account. Up to 5000 messages per day can be added.
How to change a plan
A domain plan can be changed at any time through the Control Panel, via the domain settings.
Changing a plan not only changes the price, but also changes the features available for the domain. When switching from a higher plan to a lower one, data that does not correspond to the new plan will be lost.
