To check the status of your invoices and payments at any time, visit your Customer Area at this link: https://www.qboxmail.it/manager/.

Qboxmail services are mainly pay-per-use services. Advance payment includes two types of billing:

  • Monthly
  • Annual

Monthly billing

Monthly invoicing is the ideal solution for resellers and for all those who wish to be able to activate or deactivate unlimited email accounts. With monthly billing, once you become our customer, you can manage your domains and email accounts from your control panel in total autonomy.

With monthly invoicing, the minimum order is 5 total email accounts.

Every month, our system automatically counts the email accounts you have added to the panel (both active and inactive) and generates a quote with a proposal to renew the service for another month.

A domain without an email account counts as an 8 GB email account for billing purposes.

If a payment is made, and the customer does not communicates the intention of cancelling the service, this is renewed for another month and the contractual conditions are considered accepted again.

If you have activated PayPal with automatic debit and do not send the request for cancellation of the service, the payment will be made automatically upon expiration.

Annual billing

Annual billing is the ideal solution for those who want to make a single payment and receive a single bill. With annual billing, you can activate the domains and email accounts specified in the order only. However, you will be able to make additions to domains and email accounts by placing another order from the Control Panel. Each addition must include at least 1 email accounts.

With annual billing, the minimum order is 1 email account per domain.

The month before the annual deadline, a quote will be generated with a proposal to renew the service for another year. If a payment is made, and the customer does not communicates the intention of cancelling the service, this is renewed for another month and the contractual conditions are considered accepted again.

If you have activated PayPal with automatic debit and do not send the request for cancellation of the service, the payment will be made automatically upon expiration.

Customer Area

Any time you access your Customer Area (https://www.qboxmail.it/manager/), you are able to:

  • View and download invoice history;
  • Check paid and unpaid invoices;
  • Pay invoices;
  • Create a billing agreement to use PayPal with automatic debit;
  • Change billing information;
  • Contact support via Ticket;
  • Read answers sent by assistance via Ticket;
  • Request cancellation of the service.
