Billing

From your Customer Area, accessible at https://www.qboxmail.it/manager/, you can check the status of your invoices and payments at any time.

Qboxmail services are mainly pay per use services. Advance payment includes two types of billing:

  • Monthly
  • Annual

Monthly billing

Monthly invoicing is the ideal solution for resellers and for all those who wish to be able to activate or deactivate unlimited email accounts. With monthly billing, once you become Custumer, you can manage your domains and your email accounts from the Control Panel in total freedom and autonomy.

Every month our system automatically counts the email accounts you have entered in the Panel, both active and inactive, and generates a Proforma document with the proposal to renew the service for another month.

A domain without an email account for billing purposes is counted as an 8 GB email account.

If the payment is made or the cancellation is not communicated, the service is renewed and the contractual conditions are again accepted.

If you have activated PayPal with automatic debit and do not send the request for cancellation of the service, the payment will be made automatically upon expiration.

Annual billing

Annual billing is the ideal solution for those who want to make a single payment and receive a single bill. With annual billing, you can only activate the domains and email accounts specified in the order. (You will be able to make additions to domains and email accounts by placing another order from the Control Panel. Each addition must include at least N email accounts. Coming soon)

The month before the annual deadline a Proforma document will be generated with the proposal to renew the service for another year. If the payment is made or the cancellation is not communicated, the service is renewed and the contractual conditions are again accepted.

Customer Area

By accessing your Customer Area at https://www.qboxmail.it/manager/ you can at any time:

  • view and download invoice history
  • check the paid and unpaid invoices
  • pay invoices
  • create a billing agreement to use PayPal with automatic debit
  • change billing information
  • contact support via Ticket
  • read answers sent by assistance via Ticket
  • send the service cancellation request
