Log visibility management

In compliance with current Italian regulations on corporate email metadata retention, you can configure the visibility duration of email logs directly from the Control Panel.

Configuring log visibility

You can choose between two options:

• 21 days
• 30 days

How to set log retention period

For existing Domains

The default setting is 30 days. If you wish to apply the 21 days limit to one or more domains, you can modify the domain settings in the Control Panel:Domains → Security → Tracemail Log Visibility

For a bulk change across all your domains, please contact our support team.

For new Domains

New domains will automatically follow the configuration set by your Admin account: → Administration → Settings → General → Tracemail Log Visibility for New Domains (21 or 30 days depending on your configuration).

This setting will not be visible during domain creation but it can be modified later.
