Activity log

Use the Email Delivery activity log to monitor account actions, resource changes, and administrator activity.

The activity log lists all activities performed by accounts associated with a specific Admin and related to the use of Qboxmail services. The log is also an analysis tool for operations performed in the event of errors or security breaches.

For each action, the following information is shown:

  • Date when the action was performed
  • Account of the user who performed the action
  • Brief description of the action performed
  • Country where the action was performed
  • Details, where the technical system log excerpt for the action performed is displayed

You can filter actions by:

  • Time interval in which the actions were performed
  • User who performed the actions
  • Type of action
  • Object of the actions
  • Area of interest of the actions
