Email log analysis
Analyze Qboxmail Email Delivery logs to inspect sent messages, events, errors, and delivery troubleshooting data.
This section lets you view and analyze outgoing email traffic logs in real time.
Email log analysis keeps a history of up to 30 days.
To view email logs, select Email log analysis from the control panel sidebar.
Once the page is open, the main tabs divide messages by general status:
- Processed
- Queued
- Error
Each main tab also includes a series of secondary tabs that let you further filter the displayed logs based on the specific message status:
- processed messages can be filtered by:
- delivered
- suppressed
- rejected
- queued messages have no additional tabs;
- messages with errors can instead be filtered by:
- authentication errors
- limit exceeded
- other generic errors
In addition to the secondary tabs, you can apply filters to the displayed table. By clicking the Filter button, you can apply filters for:
- Account
