Notifications

Section dedicated to enabling or disabling Webmail browser notifications.

When are notifications sent?

Notifications, if enabled, are sent when you receive a new message or as a reminder for a calendar event:

  • if your browser is open with Webmail open
  • if your browser is hidden with Webmail open
  • if your browser is open even without the Webmail window open
Tip

If you do not want to receive notifications while your browser is open, log out of Webmail. At the moment, notifications are sent only when a new message is delivered to Inbox (INBOX).

How do I enable notifications?

  • If you already use Webmail, enable the Enable browser notifications checkbox. After changing this setting, allow notifications from webmail.qboxmail.com. Finally, make sure your browser has saved the permission, usually by clicking the lock icon in the address bar.
  • If this is your first Webmail login, enter your credentials and complete the initial settings save steps. Once you are inside your email account, the browser will ask you to allow notifications from webmail.qboxmail.com. Allow them and make sure browser notifications are enabled in the settings.

Integrations

This section contains integrations with third-party services offered to extend the features available in your Webmail.

Zoom

Save time when scheduling your events by inviting participants and adding the details of a Zoom video meeting to an event.

The Zoom integration lets you schedule video meetings directly by creating an event in the Webmail Calendar. This way, event participants immediately receive the link to join the video meeting on Zoom. The link is connected to your Zoom account and generated automatically.

You will be redirected to the Zoom login page. Sign in with the account you created previously, or with the account you prefer, to enable the integration.

Info

The integration works with any plan provided by the Zoom platform, including the free plan.

Once configuration is complete, Zoom will appear among the available locations when creating a new event in Calendar.
