Buy a Qboxmail service with the right billing profile, payment method, and first-order steps for a smooth activation.

Below you will find the procedure for purchasing Qboxmail's email service.

To try or purchase the service, you need to register for the 30-day Free Trial.

After registering for the Free Trial, once the system has performed some security checks, you will have access to the email management Control Panel and you can immediately start creating email accounts for your domain.

Registering for the 30-day Free Trial

To start the trial, go to our website https://www.qboxmail.it/ and click Start the Free Trial or click the direct link https://www.qboxmail.it/prova-qboxmail/

Complete all fields in the free trial form:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address you will use to access the Control Panel
  • Country where you are located
  • Preferred language, choosing between Italian or English

Accept the Terms of Service and authorize the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy to receive information and promotional material from Qboxmail S.r.l. You can view the terms of service at any time on the dedicated page of our website.

By clicking Start Trial, our system will send you an email at the address you provided, with a link to confirm your registration and set the password to access the Panel.

Free Trial features and conditions

Features

During the trial period, the following features will be available:

  • You can add up to 5 domains
  • You can create up to 25 email accounts of 8 GB each
  • Each account has a 24-hour sending limit of 25 messages
  • To prevent abuse, some features may not be active during this period

Conditions

The system will show you the number of days remaining until the end of the free trial.

At any time, you can decide to end the free trial or purchase the service.

To end the trial, you can simply stop accessing the panel and, 15 days after the end of the Trial, the domains and email accounts you added will be permanently removed from our systems.

Alternatively, you can open a support Ticket by clicking Support inside the Control Panel and request the deletion of your profile.

Accessing the Email Control Panel

Once this operation is complete, you can access the Control Panel by going to https://panel.qboxmail.com/ and entering the credentials you have just set:

  • Username: registration email address
  • Password: only you know it!

At this point you can try the service free of charge for 30 days and, whenever you want, you can place your order at any time during the trial or decide to stop using our service, with no obligation.

Placing an order

If you want to purchase the service, access the Control Panel during the Trial and click Orders in the sidebar.

Complete all required fields and select all your preferences.

Choosing the user type

  • Private individual: if you are a user with a Tax Code, but without a VAT number. (Only for residents in Italy)
  • Company: freelancer or company with a VAT number that purchases the service for its own use.
  • Reseller: freelancer or company, with a VAT number, that purchases the service to resell it to third parties.

Billing type

If you are a Private individual or a Company you can choose between:

  • Monthly Billing: suitable for those who need to frequently change the number of accounts. With monthly billing, the service is pay-per-use and provides full flexibility and autonomy of use. With monthly billing, the minimum purchase order is 5 total email accounts.
  • Annual Billing: suitable for those who do not need to frequently change the number of email accounts and prefer to renew the service annually in a single payment, benefiting from a small discount on the fee compared to the monthly cost. With annual billing, it is possible to purchase even just 1 email account.

If you are a Reseller you can select only:

  • Monthly Billing: as an IT services reseller, you will constantly need to activate or delete email accounts, change account sizes, switch plans, purchase additional options for your customers, and modify account settings. With monthly billing, you can perform any type of action inside the panel, in complete autonomy and without having to place any other order: our system will do everything automatically and will send you the proforma document for service renewal at the end of the month. The minimum order is 5 total email accounts.

Reseller status is subject to approval and to meeting specific requirements.

For this reason, the initial order will be placed at list price. Once you meet the requirements to be classified as a reseller, you can contact us and request the application of the dedicated Reseller conditions.

The requirements to become a reseller are:

  • Have at least 10 total email accounts in the Qboxmail control panel
  • Add at least one domain different from your own
  • Resell the email service to third parties
  • Complete training with Qboxmail to learn about all our tools

Qboxmail may verify these requirements at any time and decide whether to apply or stop applying the conditions provided for resellers.

Payment

Select the payment method most convenient for you:

  • Bank transfer: allows you to make the payment by bank transfer following the instructions you will receive by email at the end of the procedure.
  • PayPal or Credit Card: allows you to make the payment using your PayPal account or your credit card.
  • PayPal with automatic debit: allows you to set up automatic invoice payment through your PayPal account, so you no longer have to worry about deadlines.

Once the order procedure is complete, you will receive the Proforma document with the amount to pay in order to use the service.

Once payment has been made, you will receive the courtesy invoice and we will generate the electronic invoice, which will be sent to the Sistema di Interscambio. The order will be processed and, within a timeframe ranging from a few minutes to a few hours, we will unlock the service and you will be fully operational, without the free trial limits.

Customer and billing area

Once you have completed the order procedure and made the payment, you will be operational. You can access the Customer and billing area by going to https://www.qboxmail.it/manager/ and view your billing details and invoice history. From here, you can also open support Tickets by clicking Open Ticket.
