Learn how to become a Qboxmail reseller, meet discount requirements, and manage reseller billing conditions.
If you want to become a reseller of Qboxmail's email service, please fill out the Reseller Form and sign up for our 30-day Free Trial from our website.
Reseller Program
Once you have completed the form, we will provide you with the reseller program, where you will find all the details of the email service designed for resellers. Our Team will contact you by email or phone to get to know you and understand your needs, so we can show you the best solutions available with our offer.
All services listed in the Program are described in detail in the various sections of this documentation.
Signing up for the 30-day Free Trial
To start the trial, go to our website https://www.qboxmail.it/ and click Start the Free Trial or click the direct link https://www.qboxmail.it/prova-qboxmail/
Complete all fields in the free trial form:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address you will use to access the Control Panel
- Country where you are located
- Preferred language, choosing between Italian or English
Accept the Terms of Service and authorize the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy to receive information and promotional material from Qboxmail S.r.l. You can view the terms of service at any time on the dedicated page of our website.
By clicking Start the Trial, our system will send an email to the email address you provided, with a link to confirm your registration and set the password to access the Panel.
Features
During the trial period, the following features will be available:
- You can add up to 5 domains
- You can create up to 25 email accounts of 8 GB
- Each account has a sending limit of 25 messages in 24 hours
- To prevent abuse, some features may not be active during this period
Conditions
The system will show you the number of days remaining until the end of the free trial.
You can decide to end the free trial or purchase the service at any time.
To end the trial, you can simply stop accessing the panel and, 15 days after the end of the trial, the domains and email accounts you added will be permanently removed from our systems.
Alternatively, you can open a support Ticket by clicking Support inside the Control Panel and request the deletion of your profile.
Accessing the Email Control Panel
Once you have completed this operation, you can access the Control Panel by going to https://panel.qboxmail.com/ and entering the credentials you just set:
- Username: registration email address
- Password: only you know it!
At this point, you can try the service free of charge for 30 days and, whenever you want, you can place your order at any time during the trial or decide to stop using our service, with no commitment.

Purchasing the service as a Reseller
If you want to purchase the service, access the Control Panel during the trial and click Orders in the sidebar.
Complete all required fields and select all your preferences.
Choosing the user type
In this section, you must identify yourself as a service Reseller and check the Reseller option. Reseller: freelancer or company, with a VAT number, that purchases the service to resell it to third parties.
Billing Type
Monthly billing is available for Resellers, to offer maximum flexibility in managing email accounts. As an IT services reseller, you will constantly need to activate or delete email accounts, change account sizes, switch plans, purchase additional options for your customers, and modify account settings. With monthly billing, you can perform any type of action inside the panel, independently and without having to place any other order: our system will handle everything automatically and send you the pro forma document for service renewal at the end of the month.
The minimum order to purchase the service with monthly billing is 5 email accounts. The first order is placed at full price, without the discount dedicated to resellers. This is because reseller status requires meeting certain requirements and must be approved by Qboxmail.
Payment
Select the payment method that is most convenient for you:
- Bank transfer: allows you to make the payment by bank transfer following the instructions you will receive by email at the end of the procedure.
- PayPal or Credit Card: allows you to make the payment using your PayPal account or your credit card.
- PayPal with automatic debit: allows you to set up automatic invoice payments through your PayPal account, so you no longer have to worry about deadlines.
Once the order procedure is complete, you will receive the Proforma document with the amount to pay in order to use the service.
Once payment has been made, you will receive the courtesy invoice and we will generate the electronic invoice, which will be sent to the Sistema di Interscambio. The order will be processed and, within a few minutes or a few hours, we will unlock the service and you will be fully operational, without the limits of the free trial.
Requirements to become a reseller
- Have at least 10 total email accounts in the Qboxmail Control Panel (minimum billable amount for the Reseller Plan)
- Add at least one domain other than your own
- Resell the email service to third parties
- Complete training with Qboxmail to learn about all our tools
Qboxmail may verify these requirements at any time and decide whether or not to continue applying the conditions available to resellers.
Customer and billing area
Once you have completed the order procedure and made the payment, you will be operational. You can access the Customer and billing area by going to https://www.qboxmail.it/manager/ and view your billing details and invoice history. From here you can also open support Tickets by clicking Open Ticket.
