Service cancellation

Cancel a Qboxmail service correctly, including when to send the request and what happens after deactivation.

If you want to stop using the Qboxmail service, please submit a service cancellation request by following the procedure provided.

Warning

Ending the service will delete all domains and email accounts in the Control Panel on the expiration date specified during the cancellation process.

Cancellation request

Log in to the Customer Area and click Services. Click the service or services you want to cancel > Request cancellation and follow the procedure.

Monthly service cancellation

If you have monthly billing, you can choose whether to terminate the service immediately or at the end of the month. Once the cancellation has been submitted, Qboxmail will not proceed with any further service renewals, but will not issue any refund for a monthly service that has already been purchased.

Example: The service was renewed for the month of June and the customer cancels immediately on June 20. In this case, Qboxmail will not refund the 10 days of unused service.

Annual service cancellation

If you have annual billing, you can choose whether to terminate the service immediately or at expiration. Once the cancellation has been submitted, Qboxmail will not proceed with any further service renewals, but will not issue any refund for an annual service that has already been purchased.

Example: The service was purchased on January 1 for 1 year. The customer cancels immediately on September 30. In this case, Qboxmail will not refund the 3 months of unused service.
