This page provides several high-level monitoring parameters that are useful for tracking the overall performance of the service.
The displayed parameters are:
-
Monthly performance: overview of sending activity and the main deliverability metrics for the current period. In particular:
- Total sends: shows the total number of emails sent in the current month compared with the previous five months;
- Bounce rate: indicates the percentage of messages that were not delivered correctly to recipients and were returned to the sender. The value is shown through a trend chart and a visual risk level indicator. A bounce rate is considered:
- good below 0.5%;
- to be monitored between 0.5% and 1%;
- critical above 1%;
- Suppressed: represents the percentage of addresses added to the suppression list compared with the total number of messages sent. In this case as well, an indicator related to list quality is shown:
- stable below 0.5%;
- increasing between 0.5% and 1%;
- at risk above 1%.
-
Sending usage: shows the percentage of sends used compared with the total available, allowing you to quickly monitor the usage of the active plan. The 5 accounts consuming the most messages are shown.
-
Trend: shows the daily distribution of sends in the selected period. By default, the current month is displayed, but you can browse previous months to view the sending history. For each day, the following are shown:
- the total number of sends performed, represented by the height of the bar;
- the number of emails delivered correctly;
- the number of emails that generated a bounce;
- the number of suppressed emails.
-
Monitoring and alerts: collects alerts and notifications related to the service status. Notifications are divided into Critical and Warning categories. By opening the details of each notification, you can view the problem description and the elements involved.
