Access
Access the Qboxmail Control Panel, sign in with admin credentials, and reach tools for managing email hosting services.
The Control Panel is available at https://panel.qboxmail.com by entering the email address and password chosen when registering for the free trial.
You can change the login email address from your account settings once you have logged in to the Control Panel.
If you lose your password, you can recover it using the dedicated link on the login page at https://panel.qboxmail.com .
The following can access the panel:
- Admin
- Team member
- Manager
- Postmaster
- Users
Each of these roles has its own login credentials and accesses the panel area intended for its role.
Through the Control Panel, you can associate up to two roles, including User, with a single email address.
For example, a customer who entered the address mario.rossi@dominio.it as the Admin username and also has an email account with Qboxmail can access the panel as Admin or as User.

If you have set the same username and password for both the email account and the panel, you will access the latter with the highest role and can manage it from your account Settings. You cannot use the same email address for Admin, Team Member, and Manager.
