Remote calendars
Remote calendars let you view your external calendars compatible with the iCal format (.ics files) in Webmail. To add a remote calendar in Webmail, you must first get the iCal link from your external calendar.
Once you have it, copy it and access Webmail. Click the calendar
in the sidebar and select + Remote calendar.
At this point, a window will open where you can paste the iCal link you copied earlier. After pasting it into the Web address (URL) field,
click OK to complete the operation.
An iCal link is a web address that provides access to a calendar in iCalendar format (.ics file). This standard format is compatible with most calendar applications and is used to share or synchronize events and appointments across different platforms.
Steps to retrieve an iCal link
Google Calendar
In the left sidebar, find the calendar you want to share.
Click the three dots next to the calendar name and select Settings and sharing.
If the calendar is not public, make sure to use the secret iCal address to allow access.
Microsoft 365
Right-click the calendar you want to share and select Share.
In the window that opens, choose the option to generate a shareable link.
Sharing settings may vary depending on the permissions configured by the administrator.
Apple iCloud
Go to the Calendar section and click the Calendar icon to view your iCloud calendars.
Enable public sharing by selecting the Public Calendar option (or Publish Calendar, depending on the interface). A link will be generated for you to copy and paste.
Copy the link shown under Public URL (it usually starts with webcal://)
and click save.
Access your Webmail, go to the Calendars section, and click remote
calendar. Paste the copied link, replace webcal with https at the
beginning of the link, and save.
The remote calendar is read-only, so you cannot edit events directly from Webmail. Once connected, the remote calendar will update automatically whenever changes are made on the original platform. You can distinguish remote calendars from other calendar events by customizing them with different names and colors.
To edit a remote calendar, click edit
next to the calendar you want to edit, make your changes, and click the Save button to confirm.
To share a personal calendar, click share next to the calendar you want to share, copy the generated link, and share it by sending the URL in read-only mode.
To delete a remote calendar, click the trash icon
next to the calendar you want to delete and confirm the operation with the Delete button.

The link will be automatically entered as the location when creating a new event.
