View and manage events
Create, edit, export, share, and organize calendar events in Qboxmail Webmail with calendar visibility controls.
Events
To view the events in a calendar, enable it by selecting the corresponding checkbox in the sidebar of the Calendar module. You can change the calendar view type by selecting it from the menu in the upper right, below the navigation bar.
Manage events
To create an event, click the New event button or in the sidebar, fill in the required fields, and click the
Save button to add the event to the selected calendar.

You can create recurring events by configuring a repetition rule when creating a new event. In the creation window, open More options,
select Repetition, choose the desired frequency, and configure the related parameters.
Once configuration is complete, click the Save button to save the changes and add the event to the calendar.
To invite participants to a new event, click More options and then Participants in the event creation window, enter the name or
email address of the users you want to invite, and click the + button to add them to the list. Click the Save button to save and
add the event to the calendar.
To check invitees' availability for an event, click More options, select Participants in the event creation window, add the users
to the invitee list, and click the Check availability button. If necessary, find an alternative time or date by clicking the
Find availability button and save the new date for the event by clicking the Save proposed availability button. Click the Save button to save and
add the event to the calendar.
By opening the event details, you can check whether participants have accepted or declined the invitation, or whether they have not made a decision yet.
To add attachments to a new event, click More options and then Attachments in the event creation window, upload the files you want to attach,
and click the Save button to save and add the event to the calendar.
Files attached to an event can be downloaded by all participants you have invited.
To edit an event, click the event you want to edit and click the Details button to open the event editing window.
Make the required changes and click the Save button.
To delete an event, click the event you want to edit and click the Details button to open the event editing window, then
click the Delete button and confirm the operation.
Importing events
If you want to add events to Webmail, you can do it individually or in bulk through an import.
To perform an import:
Right-click the name of the calendar where you want to import the events.
Import button.Events can only be imported from a .ICS file. A file in .ICS format is a file with a specific format that is used by various calendar and email programs to share information about appointment scheduling.
Exporting events
Exporting events allows you to save a .ICS file containing a single event or all the events of a Calendar to your device. This file is useful for importing events from an old provider to a new one.
Exporting events from the previous provider
Many email providers allow events to be exported in .ICS format, a file with a specific format used to transfer events and appointments.
You can export events directly in .ICS from your previous provider by going to Calendar or Tools > Export events (in .ICS format). For more information, we recommend consulting the documentation of your previous provider.
Exporting events from Webmail
You can export a single event from Webmail by going to Calendar, opening the event window, and clicking the download button in the lower left.
You can export all events in a calendar by clicking Calendar, right-clicking the calendar you want to export, and clicking Download.
