Customizations

Qboxmail lets you customize the visual appearance of your interfaces, so you can show a custom logo to users who access the services, and customize the service access URL. The available types of customizations are listed below.

Logo Customizations

From the Control Panel, you can add a customization, even for an individual domain, that will be displayed in the Control Panel, Webmail, and Mail Time Machine when the user signs in to the services.

This type of customization can be enabled independently from the Control Panel and can be combined with the other types of customizations related to service access addresses. For more details, see the Control Panel documentation about Customizations.

Logo customization is included in the service fee.

Qboxmail Label

With this customization, you choose to show the Qboxmail logo to users who access our services.

To sign in, you can use the following Qboxmail URLs:

• Webmail https://webmail.qboxmail.com
• Panel https://panel.qboxmail.com
• Archive https://vault.qboxmail.com
• Mail Time Machine https://mtm.qboxmail.com

Qboxmail Label is compatible with logo customization, so if you add a logo for a domain, the Qboxmail logo will not appear for that domain; only the logo you added will be shown.

Qboxmail Label is included in the service fee.

White Label

With White Label customization, any direct reference to Qboxmail is removed.

White Label access parameters are available for Resellers, with access URLs for Webmail, Panel, Archive, and Mail Time Machine. You can download the PDF file with the White Label Parameters for accessing the services from the Download section of the Customer Area after signing in.

With the White Label option, URLs cannot be customized with your company name.

White Label customization is compatible with logo customization, so if you add a logo for a domain, the generic logo will not appear for that domain; the logo you added will be shown instead.

White Label is included in the service fee.

Web Label

The Web Label option lets you customize the access URLs for the following modules with the desired domain name: Webmail, Control Panel, Archive, and Mail Time Machine.

You can enable the Web Label option on one or more domains, so your company or one of your customers can have their own custom URL for accessing Qboxmail services.

With the Web Label option, a valid SSL certificate for the specified domain is added to the Qboxmail platform, making access to the services recognizable and secure.

Web Label customization is compatible with logo customization, so if you add a logo for a domain, the Qboxmail logo will not appear for that domain; only the logo you added will be shown.

You can download the PDF file with the configuration details for the Web Label option from the Download section of the Customer Area after signing in.

Web Label customization can be purchased for the following modules:

• 1st module: Webmail
• Additional modules: Panel, Archive, Mail Time Machine

Web Label is an option not included in the service fee. If you are interested, contact us for more information.

Web Label – Webmail

The first module purchased when enabling Web Label is the Webmail customization module. It lets you access Webmail with a URL customized with the requested domain name (for example, your company name), without any direct reference to Qboxmail.

With Web Label - Webmail customization, you can have:

• a custom URL for accessing Webmail with an SSL certificate

You can enable Web Label - Webmail on all domains managed by Qboxmail.

Web Label – Control Panel

Among the additional modules that can be purchased together with the Webmail module, we offer the Web Label – Control Panel module. Web Label – Control Panel customization lets users access the Control Panel using a custom domain, for example with your company name.

With Web Label – Control Panel customization, you can have:

• a custom URL for accessing the Control Panel with an SSL certificate

You can enable Web Label – Control Panel on all domains managed by Qboxmail.

Web Label – Mail Time Machine

Among the additional modules that can be purchased together with the Webmail module, we offer the Web Label – Mail Time Machine module. Web Label – Mail Time Machine customization lets users access Mail Time Machine using a custom domain, for example with your company name.

With Web Label – Mail Time Machine customization, you can have:

• a custom URL for accessing Mail Time Machine with an SSL certificate

You can enable Web Label – Mail Time Machine on all domains managed by Qboxmail.

Web Label – Archive

Among the additional modules that can be purchased together with the Webmail module, we offer the Web Label – Archive module. Web Label – Archive customization lets users access the Archive using a custom domain, for example with your company name.

With Web Label – Archive customization, you can have:

• a custom URL for accessing the Archive with an SSL certificate

You can enable Web Label – Archive on all domains managed by Qboxmail.

Private Label

The Private Label option lets your users set custom access parameters for POP, IMAP, SMTP, DAV, Webmail, Control Panel, Archive, and Mail Time Machine services with your own domain name, so that the SSL certificate is valid for that domain. The customization also includes the MX and SPF records to set in the DNS of your customers' domains.

With Private Label customization, you can have:

• Custom domain with SSL certificate for accessing POP, IMAP, SMTP, and DAV services;
• Custom URL for accessing Webmail with an SSL certificate;
• Custom URL for accessing the Control Panel with an SSL certificate;
• Custom URL for accessing the Archive with an SSL certificate;
• Custom URL for accessing Mail Time Machine with an SSL certificate;
• MX and SPF records to set for your customers' domains.

Private Label customization is compatible with logo customization, so if you add a logo for a domain, the generic logo will not appear for that domain; the logo you added will be shown instead.

Private Label is a project-based option and is not included in the service fee.
