Disable / enable an archive

Deactivate / reactivate a domain archive

To deactivate the archive on a domain, go to the list of domains and click on the More icon MoreIcon in correspondence with the domain you want to deactivate. Then, select the Disable action from the menu.

  • Archive > Domain name > Other MoreIcon > Disable

By deactivating the archive, all the messages received and sent will continue to be archived, but it will not be possible to access them.

To reactivate the archive on a domain, go to the list of domains and click on the button Reactivate in the menu.

  • Archive > Domain name > Other MoreIcon > Reactivate

When rectivating an archive, all sent and received messages will continue to be archived and authorized users will be able to accesse them.

Deactivate / reactivate an account email archive

To deactivate the archive belonging to a certain email account, go to the list of email accounts and click on the More button MoreIcon corresponding to the account you want to deactivate. Then, select the Deactivate menu item.

  • Archive > Domain name > Account email name > Other MoreIcon > Disable

By deactivating the archive, all the message received and sent will continue to be archived, but it will not be possible to access them.

To reactivate the archive belonging to a certain email account, go to the list of email accounts and click on the More button MoreIcon corresponding to the account you want to reactivate. Then, select the Reactivate item on the menu.

  • Archive > Domain name > Account email name > Other MoreIcon > Reactivate

By reactivating the archive, all received and sent emails will continue to be archived and it will be possible to access them.
