Delete an archive
Delete a Qboxmail Archive from a domain and understand the impact on archived messages and account access.
Delete a domain archive
To delete the active archive on a domain, in the list of domains with an archive, click the More button next to the domain you want to delete and select Delete from the menu, then confirm the operation by clicking the Delete button in the modal.
When you delete the archive, all archived messages for the domain's email accounts with an archive will be permanently deleted.
Deleting a domain archive is irreversible.
Delete an email account archive
To delete the active archive on an email account, in the list of email accounts with an archive, click the More button next to the account you want to delete and select Delete from the menu, then confirm the operation by clicking the Delete button in the modal.
When you delete the archive, all archived messages for the account will be permanently deleted.
Deleting an email account archive is irreversible.
