Client Email
The Qboxmail service is compatible with the main and most popular email clients but, in general, it is compatible with all clients supporting the following protocols:
- POP
- IMAP
- SMTP
For sharing address books and calendars, the supported protocols are:
- CardDAV
- CalDAV
- Microsoft® Exchange ActiveSync
Professional and Enterprise plans allow you to share the address book and calendar between multiple devices while keeping all data synchronized with the Qboxmail Webmail.
Qboxmail provides the services but does not deal with the configuration and management of devices and programs belonging to single users. It is therefore the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct configuration and resolution of problems regarding the configurations of our services for their users.
