Deactivate and reactivate a delegate
Deactivate or reactivate a Qboxmail Archive delegate and control when they can access archived messages.
To deactivate a delegate, in the delegate list click the More button next to the delegate you want to deactivate and select Deactivate from the menu.
When you deactivate a delegate, they will no longer be able to access the archive and will no longer be able to view account content.
To reactivate a delegate, in the delegate list click the More button next to the delegate you want to reactivate and select Reactivate from the menu.
When you reactivate a delegate, they will be able to access the archive and view account content.
