Reports
Download Qboxmail Control Panel reports in CSV format to analyze domains, accounts, archive usage, and billing data.
In the Reports section, you can download detailed reports for your domains and accounts in real time, in CSV format. This provides a collection of useful data to monitor your account performance or to perform calculations and checks for billing your customers.
Download a report
Log in to the Control Panel and go to the Reports section:
- Choose which report you want to download > click the
Download reportbutton
Reports are generated in standard CSV format, so they can be easily viewed and analyzed according to your needs with any spreadsheet program (Microsoft Excel, Numbers, Calc, etc.). You can then apply filters to the CSV files or process them through your own management and billing applications.

| Email Archive | Details of all email archives within an account. |
Domain Reports also include the Manager, if any, assigned to a specific domain.
Reports are only available to the administrator account of your panel. Team Members and Managers cannot access Reports.
Reports and billing
Reports extract Control Panel data in real time, and this data may not perfectly match what is actually billed. Differences between what is shown in Reports and what is counted in the invoice can depend on several factors:
- A domain without email accounts is billed as one 8 GB mailbox on the Basic plan. If billed, this mailbox is indicated with a Yes in the Postmaster field within the Domain report.
- Reports extract data from the panel in real time, so if they are generated on a day or at a time that does not match the billing calculation, there may be differences.
- Pricing plans include minimum numbers of billable mailboxes and, if these numbers are not reached, the system still bills the minimum number of mailboxes required.
- For billing purposes, mailboxes are 8 GB, 25 GB, 50 GB, and 100 GB, with no intermediate sizes.
