Orders
Manage Qboxmail orders from the Control Panel, including first purchase, renewals, billing type, and payment method.
By filling out the registration form on the Free trial page, you can try Qboxmail services free of charge for 30 days. Within this period, if you want to continue using the services, you must complete the purchase process by clicking Buy the service in the Control Panel sidebar and completing the order procedure.
Step 1 - Geographic Area
Select the country where your company is based or where you reside.
Step 2 - User type
Select the user type that best matches your profile.
| Individual | User with an Italian tax code but no VAT number. (Only for residents in Italy) |
| Company | Freelancer or company with a VAT number. |
| Reseller | Freelancer or company with a VAT number that purchases the service to resell it to third parties. |
Step 3 - Contact information
Enter the details of the company or user that intends to purchase the services.
- Enter the name of the company that intends to purchase the services.
- Enter the first name of the company contact person or legal representative.
- Enter the last name of the company contact person or legal representative.
- Enter the VAT number of the company that intends to purchase the services.
- Enter the tax code of the company that intends to purchase the services (if different from the VAT number).
- Enter the company’s recipient code for electronic invoicing.
- Enter the address of the company that intends to purchase the service.
- Enter the phone number of the company that intends to purchase the service.
The available fields vary depending on the user type selected in the previous step.
Step 4 - Billing and payment methods
Select the billing type and payment method that best suit your needs.
Payment frequency
Select the payment frequency for Qboxmail services, choosing between the flexibility of a monthly fee or the stability of an annual one.
All payments, both monthly and annual, are made in advance.

Annual billing is not available for resellers.
Payment method
Select the payment method.

| PayPal with automatic debit | Allows you to set up automatic invoice payments through your PayPal account, so you no longer need to worry about due dates. |
| PayPal or Credit Card | Allows you to make the payment using your PayPal account or your credit card. |
| Bank transfer | Allows you to make the payment by bank transfer, following the instructions you will receive by email at the end of the procedure. |
If you select PayPal (with automatic debit or with account / credit card) as the payment method, after you have made the payment and once the system has completed its checks, you can immediately start managing your domains. If you select Bank transfer, your domains will be available after we receive the credited amount.
Billing area
Set the login credentials for the billing area. Unless otherwise specified, the system will use, by default, the same username and password that you use to access the Control Panel.
If you want to set different credentials, select Use different credentials to access the billing area and enter an email address and a password.
All invoices will be sent to the email address indicated as the username for the billing area.
Step 5 - Domains and email accounts
Enter the domain names and the number of email accounts you intend to purchase for each domain. If you already added domains and email accounts during the trial period, they will automatically be listed among the domains available for purchase.
If you previously selected monthly payment frequency, only the domains and number of accounts currently present in Qboxmail systems will be shown and, once the order is completed, you can add all the domains and accounts you want.
With an annual payment method, the minimum number of email accounts that can be activated is 1. With a monthly payment method, the minimum number of email accounts that can be activated is 5. In both cases, if a certain number of mailboxes was activated during the free trial, it will not be possible to activate the service for fewer mailboxes than the number chosen during the free trial (for example, if you activated 8 mailboxes during the free trial, it will not be possible to activate fewer than 8 when you purchase the service).
Step 6 - Order summary
After checking that all information is correct and accepting the terms of service, complete the order procedure by clicking the Order button.
To start using all Qboxmail services included in the plan you selected, you must have made the payment using the selected method and wait for any limits identified during the trial phase to be removed.
