Audit Log

The Audit log contains the activities carried out by all accounts under a certain admin and related to their usage of each Qboxmail service. Furthermore, this tool analyzes all the operations performed, which is particularly useful in the event of errors or security breaches.

For each activity, the register shows the following information:

• When the action took place (date);
• Account info related to the user who performed the action;
• Brief description of the action carried out;
• Country where the action was performed;
• Extract of system log info related to the action that was carried out.

You can filter the actions by:

• Time frame in which the actions were performed;
• User who performed the actions;
• Type of action;
• Subject of the actions;
• Area of interest of the actions;

By selecting the item Include audits queries in results, you will be able to also see details of previous searches among the results of an advanced search.
