Pricing Page
The Pricing page provides a complete overview of the rates applied to Qboxmail services. It is the official reference for Partner Resellers and lists the updated pricing of the Email Hosting plans, the Email Delivery service, and all available add-ons. You can access the Pricing page from the Control Panel, via the left sidebar just below the Dashboard section. The Pricing section of the Control Panel allows you to view the rates applied to your account and manage requests for discounts or additional services.
This page gives you a clear overview of the costs of Email Hosting plans, optional services and customisations. Prices are listed per mailbox and vary according to the plan (Basic, Professional, Enterprise) and mailbox size (8 GB, 25 GB, 50 GB, 100 GB). Access to discount tiers and the maintenance of discounted rates depend on compliance with Qboxmail Reseller conditions. From this page you can also access your customer area to view active services and issued invoices.
The Pricing page displays:
- The total number of currently active and billable mailboxes
- A table with the updated prices applied to your account
- The discount thresholds reached and the next thresholds available
- The costs of additional services such as Email Archive, Backup, and daily sending limits
- The prices of Wheb Label and Private Label customisations and the option to request activation
When you submit a customisation request, the system automatically creates a ticket in the customer area. The technical team will handle the request and provide the necessary instructions to complete the activation process.
Additional Services
At the bottom of the pricing page in the Control Panel, you will find a list of optional services that can be activated to extend or customise your email service. Each service includes its price and, where available, a button to submit an activation request.
